A good night's sleep makes you able to tackle the day's stress more easily. When you're tired, you're less patient and more easily agitated, which can increase stress. Most adults need 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night. Better emotional regulation – When you get a good night's rest, your body naturally reduces the levels of cortisol and other stress hormones.

We like to use 4A's technique: avoid, alter, adapt, or accept. Since everyone has a unique stress response, there is no “one size fits all” solution to managing it.

During this customized treatment we will assign you to frequency therapies, consultations, assessments, detox, or massages to optimize your recovery.
